“The Turkish bath is highly recommended. We booked for 10am and the facility wasn't too busy which we found out later on during the whole experience that it gets busier at a later time. It wasn't like any other spa we have ever had. The staff were all very approachable, though communication could be a potential issue but we didn't have any problems at all. I liked best the peeling and foam massage. We also had coffee body scrub, an additional treatment, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was overall a great experience. We would go again.”

When trying to locate the transfer the agent alleged the driver could not find us. When asking the receptionist if they had seen or been alerted by a driver, the receptionist denied any drivers had arrived.
